Creekside Park

THE HISTORY OF

Creekside Park is the newest village in The Woodlands, but it's story began decades before the first home was ever built. It represents the final chapter in George Mitchell's original vision of creating a master planned community where nature, neighborhoods, schools, parks, and everyday conveniences existed together in harmony.

Today, Creekside Park is one of the area's most desirable communities.

George Mitchell's Vision

George Mitchell believed communities should be built around people. not automobiles.  He envisioned a place where families could live, learn, work, and play surrounded by nature.

Villages with their own identity, yet connected as one community.

Neighborhood centers with shopping, dining, and services.

Parks, trails, and open space woven throughout.

Preserving trees and nature for generations to come.

"The Woodlands wasn't intended to be another subdivision.. it was designed to be a complete community"
